We realize there is a gap in neurologic physical therapy treatment where patients became a “revolving door.” During patient's physical therapy program they would improve, finish physical therapy to figure it out on their own, then experience a decline in function (which may include a hospital stay) and require physical therapy all over again. Neuro Nation wanted to stop this cycle by creating a long term follow up plan to ensure patients don’t get stuck in the revolving door trap!
