Dr. Chloe Giordano, PT

Dr. Chloe Giordano is the founder at Neuro Nation Physical Therapy and Wellness. Chloe brings a passion for neurologic rehabilitation that extends beyond the walls of the home. She is dedicated to providing personalized, in-home care that empowers individuals on their journey to improved mobility and function. She believes in fostering a collaborative and compassionate approach to rehabilitation.

Her background includes receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Elon University in North Carolina and specialized training in neurology under neurologic clinical specialists at an intensive rehab hospital accredited in stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, pain, and general medical rehabilitation.

Dr. Alys Giordano PT, NCS, PhD

Dr. Alys Giordano is a vital member of our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise as a Physical Therapist and Professor at Elon University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. She has lead courses including Neurologic and Geriatric content.

Dr. Alys Giordano is board certified in neurologic physical therapy gaining status as a neurologic clinical specialist (NCS). She has a keen understanding of neurologic conditions and a commitment to enhancing patient well-being. Also, she has received her PhD in healthcare administration and education to further grow the physical therapy field.

Lead Vestibular Therapist and Research Lead

Dr. Andrew Newnam, PT

Dr. Andrew Newnam is our lead physical therapist. He is a PWR!Moves Certified Physical Therapist, with a diverse background in both inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic settings. He is committed to maximizing patient outcomes for people diagnosed with neurologic conditions in an in home setting.

Dr. Andrew comes to us as a native of North Carolina where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from ECU. He has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at East Carolina University’s Physical Therapy Department, sharing his knowledge with the next generation of physical therapists. Dr. Andrew is caring and engaging, which facilitates positive interactions with his patients and coworkers.

Physical Therapy Lead Raleigh

Dr. Da'Rell Andrews, PT

Dr. Da'Rell Andrews is a physical therapist with a strong background in neurologic rehabilitation. He brings valuable experience from inpatient hospital settings, including intensive care, brain injury rehab, and stroke rehab. He is passionate about delivering personalized care that helps individuals with neurologic conditions improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life at home.

Dr. Da'Rell earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Duke University School of Medicine. He has worked with a wide range of patients, including those recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and ALS. His thoughtful approach and dedication to clinical excellence have earned him multiple awards during his time at WakeMed Rehab Hospital’s Brain Injury Unit. Dr. Da'Rell has a calm and encouraging presence, which helps patients feel supported and motivated throughout their recovery journey.
