We are outpatient neurologic therapy delivered in your home, not a home health agency. There is no homebound requirement, and if you already have home health we can work alongside it.

You do not need a physician referral to start, in North Carolina or Florida.

Usually 55 to 60 minutes, up to 90 when the plan calls for it, with one therapist for the whole session. Most people are seen twice a week, and up to four times a week after a new stroke or a hospital discharge.

We do not cap the number of visits. How long we stay is a clinical decision we make with you, not a number set in advance.

We bill Original Medicare Part B directly and are in network in both states. Medicare Advantage plans are out of network, and we will bill on your behalf for PPO plans. Commercial plans are superbill only.

Often within 24 to 48 hours, depending on how quickly we can gather your information. Hospital discharges move to the front of the line.

Both, from one practice. After a stroke, occupational therapy covers dressing, bathing, cooking, and getting back to the things that fill a day.
