Where are you located?

We are a mobile clinic based out of North Carolina where we come to your home! We cover Orange, Durham, Wake, Chatham, and Alamance counties.*Limited availability for surrounding counties (Person, and Caswell).

We have online wellness options for those who live outside North Carolina or prefer online exercise programs/ guidance.

We also offer community pop-up events/ workshops.
