Why in-home care
Most rehab happens in clinics, but your recovery has to work in the place where you live. The kitchen you cook in, the bathroom you use at night, and the stairs to the front door.
So we come to you: your home, assisted living facility, independent living community, or memory care. We see the spaces you navigate every day and we build a plan that fits your life, not a clinic schedule.

Every clinician on our team focuses on neurologic care. Doctor of Physical Therapy clinicians and licensed Occupational Therapists, continuously trained and committed to this work. We are not generalists treating neuro on the side. Our team includes a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS), and several team members are PWR!Moves certified for Parkinson's Disease.
That matters because stroke recovery is not knee rehab. Parkinson's Disease is not a pulled hamstring. The brain heals differently, and the strategies that work require people who understand it.

Beyond therapy
Insurance-covered rehab eventually ends. Recovery doesn't. That's why we built a wellness arm: in-home private fitness, virtual sessions, group classes, online exercise programs, and education workshops that pick up where therapy left off.
