Our Triangle team is led by clinicians who chose neurologic care on purpose. Founder, Dr. Chloe Giordano built the practice right here in the Triangle. Dr. Andrew covers Raleigh/Durham, Dr. Da'Rell a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist covers Chapel Hill and Hillsborough, and our amazing occupational therapist Alison.
Several of our clinicians are LSVT BIG or PWR!Moves certified, and our research lead holds double board certification in neurologic and geriatric PT.
