In-Home Physical Therapy

Specialized neurologic physical therapy, delivered where you actually live. Our clinicians come to your home, assisted living facility, independent living community, or memory care.

In-Home Occupational Therapy

Delivered the same way as our PT: in your home, your assisted living facility, your independent living community, or memory care. Our occupational therapists work on the practical, everyday skills that physical therapy alone doesn't address.

  • Activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
  • Upper-extremity function, fine motor work, and hand therapy
  • Adaptive strategies and equipment for the tasks that matter most
  • Cognitive-functional integration. The thinking that goes with doing
  • Caregiver coaching for safe assist with daily routines

In-Home & Virtual Private Fitness

One-on-one fitness sessions designed for adults with neurologic conditions. For when insurance-covered therapy ends but your goals don't. Available in-home or virtually.
